General Information
All rentals are subject to our terms and conditions.
Payment
Full payment plus a refundable deposit required prior to commencement of hire.
Driving License
Must be provided at the time of hire together with two separate forms of identification showing your current address. A full licence must have been held for at least two years and the driver must have a satisfactory driving record.
Tachographs & Operator Licences.
It is the drivers’ responsibility to comply with current tachograph legislation. Operator’s Licence when required is the hirer’s responsibility.
Insurance
Available on request with £1,000 excess, the excess may be reduced to £500 subject to the provision of Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). Hirer’s liability can be reduced further with our Excess Protection, available at £10 per day.
Damage
Damage caused to tyres by impact or punctures, all damage above windscreen height and all damage caused by neglect is the Hirer’s responsibility and is not covered by CDW.
Breakdowns
All vehicles have full breakdown recovery service, including home start. In the unlikely event of a breakdown please phone the relevant assistance number. Please note repairs must be authorised by Wrights Hire.
Availability
Wright Hire will endeavour to supply the vehicle reserved on time, or an acceptable replacement. But cannot be held responsible for circumstances out of our control.
